We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after this period, fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the wrong item is shipped or arrives damaged (photographs will need to be supplied) we will replace the item by adding them to your next order or they will be sent out using Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
personalised or food items are non returnable, photos must be supplied of damage or the issue that has arisen and you will be reimbursed.
International customers who receive damaged items or fulfilment mistakes will be given the option of the replacement items sent in there next order or a refund on that item only.
We do not refund Postage costs.
