Wax Melt Snap Bars

Perfect for winding down and relaxing. Created using our unique blends, these highly scented wax melt bars are a great way to fill any room of your choice with a delightful fragrance and make a statement in your home.

The melts will be sent in a brown gift box and neatly wrapped inside blue crepe paper.

Our products are all handmade and individually poured so there may be slight variations in colour or appearance. This will not affect the performance of your wax melt in any way.

• There’s no mess as our Wax Melt Snap Bars do not require cutting. Simply break off a section of the snap bar and place it into your wax burner.
• The scent released from a wax melt is more intense than with candles. This is due to being wick-less and not coming into direct contact with a flame.
  
• Snap bars will provide up to 12 hours burn time from 2 squares, each Snap Bar will give around 60 hours of burning!
• Made from 100% luxury soy wax which is eco friendly.
• All our products are CLP compliant and always have the maximum fragrance load permitted for a strong scent throw with every wax melt.
• Each product is hand poured with love in small batches to ensure consistent high quality every time.

Each snap bar weighs approximately 50g.

TRANQUILITY

Tranquility is based around Lavender and Dead Sea Salt. This blend contains musk and moss oils, and includes bergamot, clary sage and mint leaf. With a musky base of vetiver and cedarwood.

MANDARIN & SANDALWOOD

Smooth hints of chocolate warm the zesty tones of mandarin and bergamot as the fragrance blooms. A sweet heart of jasmine and amber is wrapped in floral notes of lavender and lily, before drying to reveal a soft base of vanilla musk.

STRAWBERRY & RHUBARB

A perfect fruity fragrance. Not too sweet and not too sour, this fragrance combines freshly picked strawberries and pink rhubarb on a surprisingly complex base.

What are Wax Melts and How to Use Them

When people think of home fragrance they generally think of candles. However, there are other ways to enjoy fragrances in addition to using a candle. Have you ever tried using wax melts?

What are Wax Melts?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax without a wick. You can find them in all sorts of different shapes and sizes, however ours come in a beautiful clamshell with 6 heart-shaped pools, topped with a bow and finished off in either our signature or personalised design.

A wax melt can give off a slight scent when cold; however, they are designed to be slowly warmed using a tart or wax warmer. A wax warmer can be electric while others use a tea light as the heating source.

Wax melts are becoming increasingly popular as they are a cost effective way of being able to try out different scents to make your home smell beautiful.

We have also added Snap bars to our range of wax melts. Beautiful, bold and brightly coloured simple snap one or two squares off the bar and pop them in your wax burner to fill your home with your favourite fragrance.

What is the Difference Between a Candle and a Wax Melt?

Wax melts are notoriously strong and renowned for filing a room with scent. The reason melts give off such a strong scent is that the wax doesn’t come into contact with the flame.

In contrast candle wax is in direct contact with the flame, which burns of much of the scent in the wax. However much of the appeal of the candles is the aesthetics.

How to use Wax Melts

If using an electric burner, place a piece or two of your favourite wax melt into the dished area of the burner. Next, you can simply switch the burner on to heat and melt the wax, releasing the fragrance, filling the room with a beautiful aroma.

Electric burners can be great as they are a flame-free option. Some wax melt users with young kids, for example, favour these burners as they’re viewed as a safer alternative.

If using a classic tealight heated burner (for example, one made from ceramic, glass or metal), you will also place your wax melt into the dished area and then heat from below with a lit tea light.

Unlike a candle, the wax in a wax melt doesn’t disappear as you use it. Instead, eventually, the wax will lose its scent. When this happens, you will want to remove the wax from the burner to change it over to a fresh new wax melt.

How to Change your Wax Melts

There are a few ways to remove an old wax melt from your burner. One popular way is to heat the cooled wax for around a minute and then it should simply slide straight out. Others like to completely melt the wax and then pop in a couple of cotton pads to soak the wax straight up for removal.

Don’t use a knife to scrape out the wax melt as this could damage and scratch your burner.
